New relationship attracts new customers
The Grove Group is pleased to announce a recently formed partnership with Motor Support. This partnership is already proving to be a success with both companies attracting a number of important new clients.
The Grove Group, an independent distributor to the vehicle repair and refinish industry, and Motor Suppor, which offers comprehensive accident management services including replacement vehicle provision, repair funding and an innovative estimate conversion facility, are combining their skills to bring significant benefits to new clients.
For Motor Support’s national business development manager Adam McCrum this has meant working very closely with The Grove Group’s sales team.
‘In these difficult trading conditions it is important that you think innovatively and by working closely with such a professional company as The Grove Group the winners will be our respective business partners and their own customers,’ said Adam.
‘Already our approach has proved popular with a number of major organisations coming on board to use both our services.’
Kevin Nineham, sales and marketing director for The Grove Group, said that the geographical footprint of Grove had been a firm attraction for Motor Support. ‘We have strong regional networks and a sales force that has excellent local knowledge and focus. This means that we can provide a ‘local service’ with national coverage.
‘To remain the distributor of choice of our customers and business partners we must continue to be flexible and creative in our approach and our ideas so that we are always prepared to meet the new challenges of our industry. Our relationship with Motor Support is just one example of this along with our ongoing commitment to giving our customers the best possible service.’
